PRODUCT CARE

• Shoes should be used according to their intended purpose.
• The sweat absorbed by the shoes evaporates within 24 hours. Therefore, wearing your shoes with a one-day break between use provides longer durability.
• Shoes should not be left in damp environments.
• Shoes must always be placed on a shoe tree when resting or stored.
• Please do not wash products that do not have a "washable" label on them.
• Shoes should never be washed in a washing machine or by hand.
• When cleaning your shoes, it is recommended to wipe off any dirt or mud with a slightly damp cloth.
• Wet or damp shoes should always be stored at room temperature. Using heat sources such as radiators or direct sunlight to dry shoes can cause separation at the seams, cracking of the leather, stains, and deformation.
• If there is no label stating "waterproof," shoes may let in water during rainy or snowy weather.
• Shoes with leather soles should not be used in rainy or snowy weather. Otherwise, the leather will soften and begin to wear out after a while.
• Shoes with synthetic linings are likely to develop odors and absorb moisture.
• In untreated natural leathers, light-colored products (such as beige, gray, blue, green, red, yellow, etc.) may darken after dyeing and maintenance.
• Natural leather and synthetic products (such as suede, nubuck, patent leather, etc.) should be cleaned and maintained periodically using appropriate care products.
• Suede, nubuck, and similar shoes require more delicate care than smooth leather. Cleaning and maintenance should be done with brushes, erasers, and appropriate care products.
Silicone-based sprays should not be used.
• Leather shoes should be polished with the same color dye or natural wax.
• Stains that may occur on shoes due to excessive sweating are not considered manufacturing defects.
• Lace-up shoes should be put on and taken off by opening the laces. Shoes must always be worn with a shoehorn. Trying to wear shoes by pulling them with your hands or stepping on them may cause heel tearing, seam breakage, or deformation of the leather.
• Wrinkles may occur on the leather depending on the shape of your foot and your walking style. To reduce this, shoes should be stored in a form-fitting shoe tree and polished with the same color or natural wax.
• Shoes with lining or without lining are made from genuine leather and do not contain harmful chemicals that could affect your health. Due to sweating, the color of the leather may transfer to your feet and socks. Therefore, we recommend choosing socks in a color that matches the shoe lining.
